How do you want your meat processed?
We want your meat processed just the way you like it. That’s why we ask every customer to fill out a cut sheet for each animal. You can either download a printable PDF to fill out by hand or submit a cut sheet online by choosing the "start your order" option. If you choose the online option, you will be prompted to create a personal login and password. We will also be happy to assist you over the phone.
Our Processing Prices
At Southern Integrity Meats, we try to be transparent and fair – especially when it comes to processing your animals. Whether you’re a seasoned producer or bringing in your first animal, we want you to feel informed in every part of the process.
We offer both custom and USDA-inspected services for beef and pork processing. We also sell locally grown beef and pork by the whole, half or quarter portions. Please call our store to check availability and current pricing.
Beef Processing

Custom Processing Fee: $1.00/lb. (hanging weight)

USDA Processing Fee: $1.10/lb. (hanging weight)

Slaughter Fee: $65.00

Packaging Fee: $50.00 per animal for single steak packaging, standard packaging is 2 steaks per package

Older Animals: Cattle over 30 months will incur a $45 disposal fee due to federal requirements

Boxing Fee: $3.00 per box

Label Setup Fee: One-time $50 fee for USDA logo labels
All cuts are vacuum sealed at no additional charge.
Pork Processing

Packaging Fee: $20 per animal for less than 4 pork chops per package, $20 per animal for less than 2 ham steaks per package

Smoking Fee: $2.00/lb. (available for custom only — no USDA smoked processing at this time)
